Vanilla Soft Serve Frozen Yogurt Recipe

This tangy, creamy frozen yoghurt is the ideal summer treat. It's rich and satisfying, with a hint of vanilla flavor, and made with Greek yoghurt and heavy cream. Best of all, it's simple to prepare in your own kitchen.

Ingredients

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 cups greek yoghurt (plain)

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Cook Time: 30 minutes
• Total Time: 40 minutes

Instructions

• In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
• Fill an ice cream maker halfway with the mixture and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Once the frozen yoghurt has reached the desired consistency, place it in a container and place it in the freezer for another 1-2 hours, or until firm.
• Allow the frozen yoghurt to soften at room temperature for a few minutes before serving, then scoop and enjoy.
