Lychee Frozen Yoghurt Recipe
This refreshing lychee frozen yoghurt is ideal for a hot summer day. It's sweetened with honey and vanilla extract and made with frozen lychee and creamy Greek yoghurt.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups frozen lychee
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 30 minutes
- Total Time: 40 minutes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine frozen lychee, Greek yoghurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Fill an ice cream maker halfway with the mixture and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Freeze the frozen yoghurt in an airtight container until firm.
- Scoop it up and serve it.
