Pistachio Frozen Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup milk
• 2 cups greek yoghurt (plain)
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup honey

• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Total Time: 10 minutes

Instructions

• Whisk together the yogurt, honey, milk, salt, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
• Fold in the pistachios, if using.
• Fill an ice cream maker halfway with the mixture and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
