Mint Strawberry Yogurt Recipe

This light yogurt dish is ideal for a light breakfast or snack. A delicious twist on traditional yogurt is the combination of sweet strawberries and fresh mint.

Ingredients

• 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
• 1 cup plain yoghurt

Instructions

• In a medium mixing bowl, combine the yoghurt and honey.
• Mix in the strawberries and mint leaves.
• Allow at least 30 minutes before serving to chill.
