  • Total Time: 10 minutes

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced cantaloupe, blueberries, and mint leaves.
  • Combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  • Combine thoroughly.
  • In a serving dish, layer the fruit mixture and yoghurt mixture, beginning with the fruit mixture on the bottom.
  • Repeat the layers until all of the ingredients have been used up.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
