This Roasted Plum Yogurt with Granola makes a delicious and nutritious breakfast or snack. It's impossible to resist the combination of sweet roasted plums, creamy Greek yogurt, and crunchy granola.

  • Cook Time: 25 minutes
  • Total Time: 35 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine honey and olive oil.
  • Place the plum halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the plums with the honey-olive-oil mixture.
  • Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the plums are tender and slightly caramelised.
  • Spoon the Greek yoghurt into a serving bowl and top with the roasted plums.
  • On top of the plums and yogurt, sprinkle with granola.
  • Serve right away.
